Filling and packing line for soft toys and pet beds (dogs/cats)

These lines are designed for the production of dog or cat beds and soft baskets, soft toys and stuffed objects of various sizes.

Several filling materials can be used, such as fiber, microfiber, ball fiber, polyurethane, shredded scraps from recycling and blends.

Several configurations are available; the first line, we have represented as an example, is suitable to those manufacturers who have a limited production and the second one is better for those who expect an increased production and ask for a higher level of automation.

In both lines, you can find machines for raw material processing, filling stations and semi-automatic packaging and heat sealing. In the second line, which can also be implemented starting from the first, there is also a stacker to create multipacks to reduce space and transport costs.
