Feather and shredded foam (sacks and bales) loader

Feather/shredded foam loader for sacks and bales of feather and shredded foam. The loading belt can accommodate 1 bale or sack at a time to allow constant feeding. The horizontal belt ensures constant feeding of the feathers and the shredded foam towards the built-in hopper equipped with a mixing system with blades to de-compact and volumize the material.  Three outlets ensure even distribution and efficient suction of material for downstream machines.

• Electronic management: the machine’s touchscreen lets you control the speed of the belts, and blades and adjust the shutter which limits the quantity of material that falls into the hopper.
• Flexibility: loading and processing of different materials with the machine without the need for mechanical adjustments. It is possible to load from the rear door or from above.
• No operator needed after bale loading – Fast bale/sack feed function towards the inclined belt to facilitate non-stop operation.
• Easy cleaning: when changing material the horizontal belt can be manually operated in reverse for easier cleaning and quicker removal of any remaining material.
