FIBER BALE LOADER

Sturdy fiber bale loader for compressed fiber bales. The loading belt can accommodate 1 standard-size bale and allows constant feeding of downstream machines. The horizontal belt ensures continuous and uniform feeding of the material towards the inclined spiked belt which scores the bale and carries tufts of fiber into the hopper, to feed the next machine.

The fiber bale loader can be connected to one fiber opener mod. OF-550.

WHAT CAN BE LOADED

Compressed bales of polyester fiber and microfiber, virgin or recycled, hollow, conjugated, dry, and siliconized fiber.

• Electronic management: the machine’s touchscreen lets you control the speed and movement parameters of the belts and therefore regulate machine production capacity.
• Flexibility: the machine handles a wide range of fibers without the need for mechanical adjustments.
• No operator needed after bale loading – Fast bale feed function towards the inclined belt to facilitate non-stop operation.
• Easy cleaning: when changing material the horizontal belt can be manually operated in Reverse for easier cleaning and quicker removal of any remaining material.
