Raw material processing and waste recycling line

This line is designed to process different types of loose materials such as fiber, microfiber, ball fiber, down and feather, polyurethane, fabric and fiber scraps, wool, foam waste and blends with different materials, in bales, sacks or loose. It is also the perfect solution to recycle scraps from other processes while obtaining a high-quality final product.

This line can work with the majority of raw materials used in home textile, upholstery and automotive and gives our customers the opportunity to create their own customized blends. Then, each customer will choose the appropriate configuration to create their final products.
