EB-500 EASY BAG is a fully automatic machine to bag cushions and pillows. It can process cushions/pillows fed manually by the operator or coming directly from the upstream machines. The robot takes the bag and places it on the bagging machine belts.

The machine can have different configurations and options relative to the type of bag used: it can work with individual pre-packaged bags loaded in feed boxes, bags with zip or it can be equipped with the unwinding module for the creation of the bag in line.

Once the bag has been positioned, the forks open to tension it and the pillow is inserted. The tensioning system moves the cushion or pillow towards the compression and sealing module where the packaged item is compressed (if necessary) and the bag is heat-sealed (no welding in the case of vinyl bags with zip).

The packed product is then ejected for the subsequent processing steps. Parameters are easily set and managed on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software and the parameters of each individual cushion are saved in recipes to always be available.

This is a fully automatic pillow rolling machine for cushions, pillows, quilts and sleeping bags. Products enter through a feeding conveyor belt and reach the rolling station. The machine efficiency is guaranteed by our “revolver”, a state-of-the-art rolling unit specifically designed with two heads: while one unit rolls up the pillow, the other is filling the product into the bag.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic system to make bags diectly from tubular. A robot picks the bag up, opens it and places it on the pillow holder of the revolver system for the bagging process. Bagged pillows are then unloaded onto a special conveyor belt with cradles, which moves the product to the final compression and heat-sealing station.

There is also a semi automatic versione, ER-400.

EASY ROLL is a semi-automatic pillow rolling machine for pillows and quilts. Pillows enters the machine from the feeding conveyor belt until it reaches the rolling station.

The “revolver” type rolling unit is the heart of the machine’s efficiency: while one unit rolls up the pillow, the other is in the ejection position so that the rolled up pillow can be bagged.

Operator inserts on the pillow holder the preformed bag which the machine ejects already complete with rolled up cushion ready for the sealing phase.

SF-200 is a high-capacity foam shredding machine for polyurethane scraps of different types and densities, including conventional, HR, viscoelastic, dacron manually fed by inserting the scraps into the appropriate inclined belt  which delivers the scraps into the special inlet hopper.

The material is processed with a set number of blades based on the required result; the finished product is picked up by the aspirator and sent to the downstream machines.

Our Rebonded foam-making machine is a complete and efficient system for processing waste polyurethane material. The machine consists of a platform and a closed tank, inside which two chemical components (prepolymer and catalyst) are added to the processed material. The tank is equipped with an agitator system to keep the material moving to avoid crystallization. Once the material has been mixed, the doors at the base of the tank open and the product is discharged into a mould directly below the tank.

The mold is then transferred by an operator below the press unit where the pressing phase takes place. Pressing time depends on the result to be achieved. The final product is a block of rebonded foam, whose density varies according to the time set for pressing.

Our fully automatic pillow pre-weighing filling sewing machine is the most complete and automated solution to blow fill and sew pillows and cushions. It combines pre-weigh technology and sewing experience for an operator-free process.

Covers are loaded on both filling stations by the automatic cover loading system. The 2 robots simultaneously take the covers and place them on the tubes of the filling machines where the special system of cushion clamps holds them until the filling process is completed. The MAC-400 pre-weigh technology ensures the consistency and accuracy of the blown fill process. Once filled, the two cushions are automatically taken to the sewing stations where they are sewn and labelled if optional labellers are installed.

Once finished, the cushions move to the unloading area which can be connected to the downstream machines such as the Shaker SH-100 and the other packaging machines from our wide range.

Our pillow pre-weighing and filling machine for higher volumes with 6 weighing units and 2 filling stations is suited for a high production and accuracy. There are no restrictions on the filling material you can use. The material is stored in the tower and goes through shutters to ensure a controlled fall in the baskets below. Thanks to the load cells, the weight is constantly monitored and automatically adjusted in case of excess material.

Operatora can set the weight accuracy for each product selected and change from a product to another with an easy operation. The solution with double filling stations and special clamps to hold the product enables the operator to considerably increase the performance of the machine.
