AUTOMATIC PILLOW ROLLING MACHINE

This is a fully automatic pillow rolling machine for cushions, pillows, quilts and sleeping bags. Products enter through a feeding conveyor belt and reach the rolling station. The machine efficiency is guaranteed by our “revolver”, a state-of-the-art rolling unit specifically designed with two heads: while one unit rolls up the pillow, the other is filling the product into the bag.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic system to make bags diectly from tubular. A robot picks the bag up, opens it and places it on the pillow holder of the revolver system for the bagging process. Bagged pillows are then unloaded onto a special conveyor belt with cradles, which moves the product to the final compression and heat-sealing station.

There is also a semi automatic versione, ER-400.

• Booklet insertion device specifically designed to allow the booklet to be released on the pillow before rolling as required by the most important brands. Back-up unit is available for a real non-stop process.
• Excellent heat sealing system: double sealing and tearing system for excess plastic, suction and recycling system of plastic scraps.
• Independent tube unwinding and bag positioning system for better performance, especially with large format bags.
• In-line printer for printing directly on the bag during creation in the unwinder with date/lot/time.
• Simplified management: touchscreen control panel for the automatic management of all parameters and mechanical adjustments, with insertion and management of recipes with the characteristics of the product/material.
• Flexibility: wide range of materials and bags processed without the need for mechanical adjustments.
• Any filling materials: no restrictions on the type of filling of the cushions.
