Blow filling line and machines for decorative and outdoor cushions

These lines are designed for the production of decorative cushions and outdoor cushions, but also for chair cushions, inner cushions, tufted cushions, fashion cushions, garden cushions, accent pillows, sofa pillows, throw pillows, chair foam pads and embroidered pillows.

Some of the filling materials that can be used are fibers, microfibers, shredded foam, down & feather and blends. These loose materials are blown-filled into the cushions with our automatic pre-weighing and filling system.

We also offer embroidering and packaging machines for pillows that can be bagged in single or in multiple packs to save space and shipping costs.

Our machines are designed to cope and perform under an expanding production workflow, so they can be implemented with additional equipment at any time.
