FABRIC/FIBER WASTE OPENING MACHINE

SF-300 is a high-capacity fabric/fiber waste opening machine for non-woven, quilted, and thermo-bonded fabric waste, manually fed by inserting the waste in the specific inlet.

The processed material can be collected in big sacks or sent downstream by the additional suction device.

Fabric/fiber waste opener can be part of a recycling line, to produce pillows and cushions.

 

WHAT CAN BE PROCESSED

Non-woven fabric, quilted fabric, thermo-bonded.

  • Easy cleaning: when changing material, simply open the lid to clean.
