BALL FIBER MACHINE

High-performance ball fiber machine, fed with pre-opened fiber, from the OF-550 fiber opening machine. The material passes through two rotors, with an intermediate stage where the ball fiber cools and prepares for extraction.

The second rotor acts as a thrust fan for the processed product to send it to the storage silo. The silo is equipped with a rotor on the bottom to prevent the material from compacting and expanding further.

  • High-quality as an innovative filling material: crush resistance and extra volume generated by the machine during the ball formation process.
  • Electronic management: control panel for managing all parameters and automatic mechanical adjustments.
  • Flexibility: processing different fibers without the need for mechanical adjustment.
  • Easy cleaning: when changing material, the self-cleaning cycle lets the machine run for a few seconds without material feeding.
