TUNNEL METAL DETECTOR FOR INSPECTING, PILLOWS, QUILTS AND TEXTILES

The metal detector is a mandatory accessory whenever the customer requires a thorough and accurate check of the finished product before packing and shipping. The pillow/cushion goes through the detector tunnel traveling on a conveyor belt without stopping.

If a metal object or particle is detected inside the cushion, the belt can be slowed down to allow the operator to pick up the item or, if installed, the optional pusher can eject the defective cushion/pillow. The machine can be calibrated at different sensitivity levels in accordance with the customer’s requests.
