Our fully automatic pillow pre-weighing filling sewing machine is the most complete and automated solution to blow fill and sew pillows and cushions. It combines pre-weigh technology and sewing experience for an operator-free process.

Covers are loaded on both filling stations by the automatic cover loading system. The 2 robots simultaneously take the covers and place them on the tubes of the filling machines where the special system of cushion clamps holds them until the filling process is completed. The MAC-400 pre-weigh technology ensures the consistency and accuracy of the blown fill process. Once filled, the two cushions are automatically taken to the sewing stations where they are sewn and labelled if optional labellers are installed.

Once finished, the cushions move to the unloading area which can be connected to the downstream machines such as the Shaker SH-100 and the other packaging machines from our wide range.

Our pillow pre-weighing and filling machine for higher volumes with 6 weighing units and 2 filling stations is suited for a high production and accuracy. There are no restrictions on the filling material you can use. The material is stored in the tower and goes through shutters to ensure a controlled fall in the baskets below. Thanks to the load cells, the weight is constantly monitored and automatically adjusted in case of excess material.

Operatora can set the weight accuracy for each product selected and change from a product to another with an easy operation. The solution with double filling stations and special clamps to hold the product enables the operator to considerably increase the performance of the machine. The systems can be implemented with systems of dust collector, aspirating tables and recycling hoppers.

All machines are equipped with an innovative and intuitive software studied to meet customer requirements with several kinds of materials, multi-chambers, and different weights for each chamber.

Pillow pre-weighing filling machine is our pre-weighing and filling machine with 4 weighing units and 2 filling stations. There is no restriction on the filling material that can be used. The filling material is blown through the inlet tower, equipped at the base with a roller dosing system to ensure the material falls evenly into the silo buffer below; the silo in turn is equipped with a rotor at the base to keep the material in motion and avoid any clumping.

A series of horizontal shutters allows the controlled fall of the product into the underlying baskets where it is weighed according to the selected recipe. Both the baskets and the entire system are mounted on load cells so both the weight of the material inside the baskets and that in the buffer silo can be monitored at any time. Each basket is connected to the filler and to the weight correction and recovery system which intervenes if there is excess weight by removing some material and recycling it in the buffer silo. A large touchscreen with intuitive software and a user interface allows the management of all system components and recipes.

The two filling stations can be managed by one single operator thanks to a clamping device to allow a virtually hands-free operation.

This configuration is suitable for high production and accuracy.

MAC-300 is our pillow pre-weighing and filling machine for medium volumes with 3 weighing units and 1 filling station. Several filling materials can be used in the blowing process, such as polyester fiber and microfiber, natural fibers, and recycled material. The material is stored in the tower and kept in motion by a rotor to avoid clumping. It can be used to fill pillows, cushions, sacs, body pillows, and multi-chamber cushions.

The filling material then falls into the underlying weighing units, while the load cells underneath them constantly monitor the weight in the baskets and adjust it accordingly. If there is any excess material, the weight correction and recovery system intervenes by removing some material and putting it back in the buffer silo.  There is no need for manual intervention because everything is managed through our intuitive software and touch screen.

Our sofa cushion pre-weighing filling machine is specifically designed to fill upholstered items such as sofa cushions and other big volume items. This blowing equipment has 3 weighing units and 1 filling station whosetable is much bigger than the ones used in other MAC machines to allow an easy blow filling phase even with more voluminous products.

The filling material is stored in the MAC silo and kept in motion to avoid clumping. The baskets accurately weight the material thank to the load cells positioned underneath them. They also automatically adjust excess weight thanks to the weight correction and recovery system.

As with all other MAC machines, it is possible to set different weight filling in different pockets for multichambered items and different pockets of upholstery components (seats, backs, etc) with individual different weights in sequence.

The pillow pre-weighing filling machine belongs to the MAC family of blow-filling systems with pre-weighing. This machine has 2 weighing units and 1 filling station and can fill a wide range of pillows/cushions with a wide choice of materials. The material is kept in motion and released in the underlying weighing baskets in a controlled manner thanks to the shutters positioned in the silos.  The load cells under the weighing units ensure an accurate pre-weight and in case of excess material, the weight correction and recovery system automatically moves the product back into the silo.
