Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <b>connectivit\u00e9 IIoT<\/b> et \u00e0 <b>l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique<\/b>, la maintenance peut d\u00e9sormais devenir dynamique : <b>les interventions sont hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9es et programm\u00e9es en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat r\u00e9el des actifs et des risques<\/b>, et non en fonction de la date indiqu\u00e9e sur un tableau Excel.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cette approche est particuli\u00e8rement pertinente dans les usines de <b>fabrication d&rsquo;oreillers, les cha\u00eenes de production de mousse et de mousse agglom\u00e9r\u00e9e,<\/b> o\u00f9 les inefficacit\u00e9s de maintenance ont un impact direct non seulement sur le rendement, mais aussi sur la qualit\u00e9 des produits. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, pendant les cycles de production de mousse, la machine surveille en permanence les fluctuations de pression et de viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de capteurs en ligne et les compare aux relev\u00e9s du d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre. Gr\u00e2ce au logiciel, le client peut d\u00e9finir une plage de fonctionnement acceptable afin de prot\u00e9ger la pompe et de maintenir la viscosit\u00e9 dans les limites sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quando il processo si avvicina al limite definito per un certo numero di cicli o ore di lavoro, il <strong>sistema invia automaticamente una notifica<\/strong> al team di manutenzione. Ci\u00f2 consente al team di pianificare in anticipo un <strong>intervento mirato<\/strong>, regolando la temperatura di alimentazione per riportare la viscosit\u00e0 entro i limiti prima che si verifichino danni.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">En parall\u00e8le, le <strong>syst\u00e8me collecte des donn\u00e9es op\u00e9rationnelles et g\u00e9n\u00e8re un rapport<\/strong> complet \u00e0 l&rsquo;intention du personnel responsable, ce qui permet de planifier de br\u00e8ves micro-interventions qui pr\u00e9viennent les pannes de pompe et r\u00e9duisent les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat impr\u00e9vus. Ces signaux sont analys\u00e9s au fil du temps afin de d\u00e9tecter les premiers signes d&rsquo;usure bien avant toute d\u00e9faillance fonctionnelle.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lorsque les tendances d\u00e9passent les seuils de risque pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis, le <strong>syst\u00e8me <\/strong>recommande un arr\u00eat contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pour inspecter et nettoyer les composants, \u00e9vitant ainsi des pannes catastrophiques et des pertes de production prolong\u00e9es. <strong>Chaque intervention est enregistr\u00e9e dans le logiciel<\/strong>, avec les heures de fonctionnement, les cycles et les r\u00e9sultats des inspections. Cette boucle de r\u00e9troaction <strong>permet au syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;affiner et d&rsquo;optimiser en permanence les intervalles de nettoyage et d&rsquo;inspection<\/strong>, am\u00e9liorant ainsi progressivement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.
