The resource will be part of a dynamic, young and fast growing team, the resource will deal with:
  • Implementation of new projects concerning operational flows and procedures, in close contact with the management
  • Definition and monitoring of KPI systems on projects to improve the performance of the assigned division
  • Auditing activities in close contact with the area technicians with a view to customer satisfaction
  • Project management of BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) projects on planning processes
REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Business Process Re-engineering methodologies proven by important experience in their implementation (reorganization of flows, procedures, ERP, operational contexts)
  • Skills in Project Management
  • Good knowledge of CRM and the Office package
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • experience of at least two years in similar roles, in the machinery, packaging, robotics sector.
  • residence in the area

Inserted within a dynamic, young and fast-growing team, the resource will take care of:
  • plan, manage and coordinate a project (order) by monitoring its progress in order to achieve the objectives set by the Management, acting as a point of contact between all the parties involved in its implementation, in compliance with deadlines and budgets.
  • designing the layouts of the lines in collaboration with the sales representative, interacting with customers and suppliers in order to optimize the flow of information.
  • directly supervise the assembly, testing, FAT, installation and after-sales phases.
REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED
  • Higher technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
  • experience of at least two years in similar roles, in the machinery, packaging, robotics sector.
  • residence in the area.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
The profile is completed by a predisposition for teamwork and an aptitude for achieving the set objectives.
