AUTOMATIC PILLOW STUFFING, SEWING MACHINE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

EP-500 Easy Pillow is a fully automatic machine for stuffing, sewing and labelling rolled carded fiber pillows and cushions<\/strong>. The process starts from the feeding of the rolled batt that comes from the rolling machine mod. RM-100<\/a>. The robot takes the cover directly from the box or belt, opens it with the fingers and places it on the stuffing machine belts. The forks tension the cover while the rolled batt is taken by the inlet belt and inserted into the cover.<\/p>\n

After the cushion is inserted into the cover, it reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labelled<\/strong> and then unloaded for the next steps in the process. The machine parameters can be easily set on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software. The standard machine is supplied with 1 overlock sewing station; for non-stop production, a second sewing station can be included which acts as a back-up in the event of machine stoppage to load materials (label or thread rolls): the back-up sewing station activates on its own<\/strong> and automatically replaces the first station.<\/p>\n
