FIBER OPENING MACHNE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

4-stage fiber opening machine for a wide variety of fibers. s<\/strong>tages are independently motorized and have different nailed plates to assure an accurate and outstanding opening, thanks to the inverters assuring a variable speed setting for each of them. The equipment can open a wide variety of fibers and the rate for most products is close to 100%.<\/p>\n

OF-550 can be connected in-line so they are automatically activated by downstream machines, such as HL-500<\/a>, when necessary. The stages act as aspirators, so the fiber is sucked in and blown out directly without any additional fan. Inside of the frame, a cooling system avoid an overheating of the fiber and ensure the high quality of the final product. The machine can be equipped with an external coverage that is recommended in case of specific working conditions.<\/p>\n

WHICH FIBERS CAN BE OPENED<\/h3>\n

Polyester fiber and microfiber, virgin or recycled, hollow, conjugated, dry, and siliconized fiber.<\/p>\n
