This is a very versatile pillow stuffing / packaging machine for pillows, cushions and quilts. The same machine can be used for both stuffing a roll of fiber or a polyurethane / latex core into a cover (or an insert in the final decorative cover / a pillow in the cover with zip) and/or packing the finished pillow in an bag (individual PE bag, bag with double pillow, bag with zip and handle, case).

The machine can be fed manually or with a feeding conveyor belt while it requires an operator to insert the cover or bag.

EP-500 Easy Pillow is a fully automatic machine for stuffing, sewing and labelling rolled carded fiber pillows and cushions. The process starts from the feeding of the rolled batt that comes from the rolling machine mod. RM-100. The robot takes the cover directly from the box or belt, opens it with the fingers and places it on the stuffing machine belts. The forks tension the cover while the rolled batt is taken by the inlet belt and inserted into the cover.

After the cushion is inserted into the cover, it reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labelled and then unloaded for the next steps in the process. The machine parameters can be easily set on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software. The standard machine is supplied with 1 overlock sewing station; for non-stop production, a second sewing station can be included which acts as a back-up in the event of machine stoppage to load materials (label or thread rolls): the back-up sewing station activates on its own and automatically replaces the first station.

EP-400 Easy Pillow is a semi-automatic machine for stuffing, sewing, and labeling rolled carded fiber cushions and pillows. The feeding of the rolled batt can be done manually or come from the rolling machine mod. RM-100, or in the case of a batt with a polyurethane core or other material, the product is fed manually by positioning it on the input belt.

An operator places the cover on the stuffing belts and the rolled batt is taken by the input belt and inserted inside the cover. At this point, the whole carriage with the forks advances towards the sewing area where the cushion is released between the transfer belts. The cushion reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labeled and then unloaded for the next steps in the process. Machine parameters can be easily set on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software.

The standard machine is supplied with 1 overlock sewing station; for non-stop production, a second sewing station can be included which acts as a backup in the event of machine stoppage to load materials (label or thread rolls): the backup sewing station activates on its own and automatically replaces the first station.

The foam chair pad stuffing machine was specifically designed for and with IKEA to automate the process of stuffing polyurethane cores into IKEA mod. Justina chair cushion covers. The core is positioned on the infeed belt on the rear of the machine and the cover on the stuffing belt in front, with an operator holding it until fully stuffed. The stuffed pads are ready to go and don’t need any reworking.

The machine can be connected to a foam core loader (mod. LH-100). The process can be completed with our sewing machine G164C, which closes the cover.
