Our fully automatic pillow pre-weighing filling sewing machine is the most complete and automated solution to blow fill and sew pillows and cushions. It combines pre-weigh technology and sewing experience for an operator-free process.

Covers are loaded on both filling stations by the automatic cover loading system. The 2 robots simultaneously take the covers and place them on the tubes of the filling machines where the special system of cushion clamps holds them until the filling process is completed. The MAC-400 pre-weigh technology ensures the consistency and accuracy of the blown fill process. Once filled, the two cushions are automatically taken to the sewing stations where they are sewn and labelled if optional labellers are installed.

Once finished, the cushions move to the unloading area which can be connected to the downstream machines such as the Shaker SH-100 and the other packaging machines from our wide range.

EP-500 Easy Pillow is a fully automatic machine for stuffing, sewing and labelling rolled carded fiber pillows and cushions. The process starts from the feeding of the rolled batt that comes from the rolling machine mod. RM-100. The robot takes the cover directly from the box or belt, opens it with the fingers and places it on the stuffing machine belts. The forks tension the cover while the rolled batt is taken by the inlet belt and inserted into the cover.

After the cushion is inserted into the cover, it reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labelled and then unloaded for the next steps in the process. The machine parameters can be easily set on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software. The standard machine is supplied with 1 overlock sewing station; for non-stop production, a second sewing station can be included which acts as a back-up in the event of machine stoppage to load materials (label or thread rolls): the back-up sewing station activates on its own and automatically replaces the first station.

EP-400 Easy Pillow is a semi-automatic machine for stuffing, sewing, and labeling rolled carded fiber cushions and pillows. The feeding of the rolled batt can be done manually or come from the rolling machine mod. RM-100, or in the case of a batt with a polyurethane core or other material, the product is fed manually by positioning it on the input belt.

An operator places the cover on the stuffing belts and the rolled batt is taken by the input belt and inserted inside the cover. At this point, the whole carriage with the forks advances towards the sewing area where the cushion is released between the transfer belts. The cushion reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labeled and then unloaded for the next steps in the process. Machine parameters can be easily set on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software.

Automatic cover making machine EC-500 is a fully automatic machine for the production of pillow and cushion covers.

It works with two rolls of fabric for maximum efficiency and performance. The two layers of fabric are overlapped and sewn with overlock headers on the sides and bottom. A label can be inserted during side sewing. The fourth side of the cover can be left open for inserting a roll of carded fiber or it can be partially closed to make it suitable for filling with loose raw materials.

Once the process is complete the cover is unloaded or stacked if the optional stacker module is installed.

When paired with EBL-500 you will have a completely automated line for cover production, filling, and sewing

The pillow closing sewing machine, mod. G164C is a special sewing machine with a high sewing speed of up to 1900 Rpm, designed for closing various types of pillows, cushions, stuffed soft toys, and other products of different shapes and sizes.

It consists of a special sewing head, a work table equipped with an adjustable up / down motorized shelf to facilitate the sewing process by supporting the item to be packaged, an Efka control module, a mobile pedal to control the main functions (up / down of the motorized shelf – opening/closing of the plates/sewing/thread trimmer at the end of the seam). The machine mod. G164U is a special sewing machine with high sewing speed up to 1900 Rpm, designed for closing various types of upholstery for sofas and products of different shapes and sizes as well as polyurethane batts and carded fiber.
