This is a fully automatic pillow rolling machine for cushions, pillows, quilts and sleeping bags. Products enter through a feeding conveyor belt and reach the rolling station. The machine efficiency is guaranteed by our “revolver”, a state-of-the-art rolling unit specifically designed with two heads: while one unit rolls up the pillow, the other is filling the product into the bag.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic system to make bags diectly from tubular. A robot picks the bag up, opens it and places it on the pillow holder of the revolver system for the bagging process. Bagged pillows are then unloaded onto a special conveyor belt with cradles, which moves the product to the final compression and heat-sealing station.

There is also a semi automatic versione, ER-400.

EASY ROLL is a semi-automatic pillow rolling machine for pillows and quilts. Pillows enters the machine from the feeding conveyor belt until it reaches the rolling station.

The “revolver” type rolling unit is the heart of the machine’s efficiency: while one unit rolls up the pillow, the other is in the ejection position so that the rolled up pillow can be bagged.

This is a very versatile pillow stuffing / packaging machine for pillows, cushions and quilts. The semi-automatic pillow compressing sealing machine is an independent module to compress and heat-seal bags of pillows and quilts. Bagged object is positioned by the operator inside the machine which is activated by the pedal control.

The top plate lowers to gradually compress the pack and then the double-wire sealing bar seals the bag and eliminates the excess plastic.

Compression rate is adjustable depending on the filling material. Touchscreen allows you to customise and save the recipes for the different articles and all related parameters, including the compression level and the option to exclude the sealing.

This machine can be pared with HF-100, for bagging, before compressing and sealing your products.

ER-100 is a stand-alone and highly versatile machine designed for roll-packing pillows, cushions, and quilts. Products are guided into the rolling station via a conveyor belt and positioned by a dedicated pusher. During the rolling phase, special holders securely hold the pillow or quilts in place, ensuring optimal results. Once the operator places the bag onto the holders, photoelectric safety sensors automatically activate the stuffer pusher, which inserts the rolled product into the bag efficiently and safely.

This automatic quilt folding machine folds quilts according to different patterns, that can be chosen and set from the touchscreen by accessing the recipe list.

The operator spreads and flats the product on the belt mod. TT-300  and start the automatic process. The machine transports the quilt flat and spread towards the folding area, where a system of rakes and forks completes the first series of folds. At this point the folded quilt, thanks to the optional connection belt, is transported to the secondary folding station or to the rolling machine mod. Our semi-automatic pillow stacking machine allows you to stack pillows and quilts (even already packed) for the consequent multiple bagging. The machine is fed through a belt and the articles are stacked following the desired recipe which can be entered, modified and saved using the touchscreen panel on the machine. Both stacking and compression areas have centring devices to ensure that items stay well aligned during both operations and transfer into the bag.

Once the stack of pillows or quilts has been prepared, it goes through the compression tunnel to then be inserted inside the bag. The ideal complement to the machine is the compression and heat sealing unit mod. LF-100 to complete the pack with additional compression and a sealing weld to further reduce its volume.

High-capacity fiber bale loader HL-1500 is a high-capacity loader for compressed fiber bales. The loading belt can accommodate up to 2 standard-size bales and allows continuous feeding of downstream machines. The horizontal belt ensures continuous and uniform feeding of the material towards the inclined spiked belt which scores the bale and carries tufts of fiber into the hopper, to feed the next machine.

Optional additional belts can be installed to load up to 3 bales and different types of hoppers, depending on requirements.
