SF-200 is a high-capacity foam shredding machine for polyurethane scraps of different types and densities, including conventional, HR, viscoelastic, dacron manually fed by inserting the scraps into the appropriate inclined belt  which delivers the scraps into the special inlet hopper.

The material is processed with a set number of blades based on the required result; the finished product is picked up by the aspirator and sent to the downstream machines.

The output can be used as a filling material for pillows and cushions or transformed with our Rebounded foam making machine

Our Rebonded foam-making machine is a complete and efficient system for processing waste polyurethane material. The machine consists of a platform and a closed tank, inside which two chemical components (prepolymer and catalyst) are added to the processed material. The tank is equipped with an agitator system to keep the material moving to avoid crystallization. Once the material has been mixed, the doors at the base of the tank open and the product is discharged into a mould directly below the tank.

The mold is then transferred by an operator below the press unit where the pressing phase takes place. Pressing time depends on the result to be achieved. The final product is a block of rebonded foam, whose density varies according to the time set for pressing.

Box pouring system for the discontinuous production of foam blocks with different densities, characteristics and sizes. This single block foam making machine is ideal for foam fabricators, mattress and pillow manufacturers. It can also help R&D to develop highly customized products.

Pillow pre-weighing filling machine is our pre-weighing and filling machine with 4 weighing units and 2 filling stations. There is no restriction on the filling material that can be used. The filling material is blown through the inlet tower, equipped at the base with a roller dosing system to ensure the material falls evenly into the silo buffer below; the silo in turn is equipped with a rotor at the base to keep the material in motion and avoid any clumping.

A series of horizontal shutters allows the controlled fall of the product into the underlying baskets where it is weighed according to the selected recipe. Both the baskets and the entire system are mounted on load cells so both the weight of the material inside the baskets and that in the buffer silo can be monitored at any time. Each basket is connected to the filler and to the weight correction and recovery system which intervenes if there is excess weight by removing some material and recycling it in the buffer silo. A large touchscreen with intuitive software and a user interface allows the management of all system components and recipes.

The two filling stations can be managed by one single operator thanks to a clamping device to allow a virtually hands-free operation.

This configuration is suitable for high production and accuracy.

MX-500 is a raw material mixing machine to prepare blends and storage different filling materials such as fiber, feather, shredded foam, before the filling process. A system of paddles mixes the different components quickly and efficiently, and the constant movement prevents any clumping.

The  upper part of the machine is equipped with a filtering micro-mesh to allow constant discharge of the air pressure inside, retaining dust and product particles. Multiple loading points makes it possible to optimise the configuration of the connection pipes in the customer’s premises. Two outlets with flange and pneumatic shutters allow the suction device to extract the material to then be sent the downstream machines.

Foam pillow punching machine is designed to punch ventilation holes in PU Foam (including Viscoelastic) pillows and cushions.

The pillow is manually positioned on the machine working table. The main plate with hollow cutters lowers and performs the punching when activated by the operator. In order to ensure the maximum safety, the cycle starts by pressing the two start buttons and by clearing the safety light curtains.

The foam sticks generated from the perforation process are collected in a hopper under the working table and can be sent to an optional aspirator for recycling.

The pillow closing sewing machine, mod. G164C is a special sewing machine with a high sewing speed of up to 1900 Rpm, designed for closing various types of pillows, cushions, stuffed soft toys, and other products of different shapes and sizes.

It consists of a special sewing head, a work table equipped with an adjustable up / down motorized shelf to facilitate the sewing process by supporting the item to be packaged, an Efka control module, a mobile pedal to control the main functions (up / down of the motorized shelf – opening/closing of the plates/sewing/thread trimmer at the end of the seam). The operator works in an upright position obtaining a better performance and control on the piece processed.
